If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please call or text to notify me. Sometimes you may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service before the next appointment.
Please reach out as soon as possible if you realize you can not make your appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 3 hours of the appointment time, any deposit collected will be kept as a No Show/Late Cancel fee.
